Russia. Transport minister removed from office commits suicide

Milan, 7 July (LaPresse) – Roman Starovoit, who was removed from his post as Russian transport minister by Vladimir Putin this morning, was found dead in his home in Odintsovo, in the Moscow region, in what appears to be a suicide. This was reported by several Russian media outlets, including the Ria Novosti news agency, citing a source. Meduza cites a Telegram channel, Shot, according to which a weapon was found next to the body.
