Milan, July 7 (LaPresse) – Jannik Sinner advances to the Wimbledon quarterfinals after his round of 16 opponent, Bulgarian Grigor Dimitrov, retired due to a shoulder injury. The Italian was struggling in the match, having lost the first two sets 3-6 and 5-7 and tied at 2-2 in the third when Dimitrov was injured and forced to withdraw. In the quarterfinals, the world No. 1 in the ATP rankings will face Ben Shelton, who defeated Lorenzo Sonego.
