Rome, 20 August (LaPresse) – Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has stated that he has agreed with his Iranian counterpart Masoud Pezeshkian to prepare and sign a strategic cooperation agreement between the two countries. ‘Today we had very meaningful talks and, in my opinion, made good progress in our relations. A good result would be if, in the near future, as agreed with the President of Iran, we prepare and sign a strategic cooperation agreement,’ Lukashenko said in a statement to the media after his talks with Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian.
