Ukraine: Moscow, EU wants to weaken Russian-American peace efforts

Rome, 20 March (LaPresse) – The provisions of the new EU defence strategy on assistance to Ukraine indicate Europe's intention to ‘interrupt the Russian-American process’. This was stated by the spokeswoman for the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova. This was reported by Ria Novosti. ‘All this clearly demonstrates the immutability of the path taken by the European Union leadership and the majority of its members to weaken Russian-American efforts to build a dialogue to find ways to peacefully resolve the Ukrainian conflict’, Zakharova said during a briefing.
