Turin, Sept. 2 (LaPresse) – Genoa has finalized with West Ham “the temporary acquisition, with an option to buy, of the sporting rights of forward Maxwell Cornet, born in Bingerville, Ivory Coast, on September 27, 1996, who scored 2 goals in 7 appearances for the Rossoblù during the second half of the 2024/25 season.” The Ligurian club announced the deal in an official statement. Cornet won a UEFA Conference League title with the Hammers and has nearly 400 appearances across club and national team competitions.
