Turin, 6 September (LaPresse) – Ducati Team Gresini rider Alex Marquez took pole position with a track record of 1’37″536 in the Catalan Grand Prix, ahead of Fabio Quartararo’s Yamaha and his brother Marc’s factory Ducati. Pecco Bagnaia continues to struggle, eliminated in Q1: the Piedmontese rider will start from 21st place. Franco Morbidelli, fourth and best of the Italians, will start from the second row, ahead of Pedro Acosta and Fabio Di Giannantonio.
