Naples, Sept. 9 (LaPresse) – The Campania Region has filed an appeal with the Campania Regional Administrative Court (TAR) against the Ministry of Health’s refusal, issued during the meeting held on August 4, to allow the region to exit the healthcare deficit recovery plan.
In the appeal, the Region denounces the “illegitimacy of the refusal,” considering that Campania has been in structural financial balance since 2013 and has also largely met the required standards for the provision of Essential Levels of Care (LEA) from a strictly healthcare and assistance perspective.
