Volleyball, De Giorgi: ‘Well done Italy, it’s not easy to remain at the top’

Milan, 24 September (LaPresse) – ‘Today we played an even more intense game than the last one, which means we are growing and this gives us great confidence.’ This is how Italvolley coach Fefè De Giorgi commented to RaiSport on the victory against Belgium and qualification for the World Cup semi-finals. ‘The boys were great. We made some changes compared to the other match against Belgium, putting a lot of pressure on the serve. We also worked well with our blocks and defence. We are happy to still be in contention for medals. It’s not easy to always remain at the top, but now comes the fun part.
