Football: Fininvest completes first closing of AC Monza sale to Beckett

Rome, 25 September (LaPresse) – ‘Fininvest S.p.A. and Beckett Layne Ventures (BLV) announce that they have today completed the first closing of the transaction for the sale of the share capital of AC Monza S.p.A., as previously announced on 1 July 2025’. This was announced by Fininvest in a statement, specifying that ‘following the completion of the necessary regulatory authorisations and the fulfilment of the conditions set out in the agreement, BLV officially takes control of the Club with 80% of the shares. Fininvest will remain a shareholder of the club with a 20% stake, which will be sold to BLV by June 2026.’
