Copenhagen (Denmark), 2 October (LaPresse) – Frozen Russian assets ‘are not our money. We are not thieves. Therefore, Hungary will never take part in any decision that would take money away from someone else. That is certain.’ This was stated by Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban as he left the European Political Community summit in Copenhagen. The Commission ‘explained that Belgium needs mutualisation of responsibility. We are not part of the agreement, we will never touch someone else’s money. Therefore, if the European Union decides to touch and take money from someone else, we will not be part of it. So we have no responsibility for this move in the future,’ reiterated the Prime Minister of Budapest.
