Flotilla, Landini: ‘Our strike is fully legitimate, we are challenging the decision’

In legal jargon, it is Article 2, paragraph 7, which provides, in the event of constitutional violations of the constitutional order, for the health and safety of workers to be called into question, and there is the possibility of striking without prior notice.” This was stated by the general secretary of the CGIL trade union, Maurizio Landini, in an interview with RaiNews24. “So for us it is completely legitimate, we confirm this, in fact we are challenging the Commission’s decision and if this leads to sanctions against the trade union organisation, we are ready to challenge those too, because in reality we are complying with the law, we are guaranteeing minimum services,” stressed the union leader.
