F1: Singapore GP, Alonso fastest in first practice ahead of Leclerc

Rome, Oct. 3 (LaPresse) – Fernando Alonso, driver for Aston Martin, set the fastest time in the first practice session of the Singapore GP. With a lap of 1’31″116, the Spaniard edged out Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc, while Max Verstappen’s Red Bull finished third. Lewis Hamilton was fourth with the other Mercedes, followed by the McLarens. Lorenzo Antonelli ended the session in 14th place. The second practice session is scheduled for 3:00 pm local time.
