The Blues took the lead with Caicedo in the 14th minute but were equalized by Gakpo in the 63rd. In stoppage time (95′), Estevao scored the winning goal. In other matches today, Arsenal defeated West Ham 2-0, with goals from Rice in the 38th minute and Saka in the 67th via penalty. Tottenham won 2-1 away against Leeds, with goals from Tel in the 23rd minute and Kudus in the 57th; Okafor had temporarily equalized in the 34th. Manchester United beat Sunderland 2-0 at Old Trafford, with Mount scoring in the 8th minute and Sesko in the 31st.
