Rome, 5 October (LaPresse) – A bad day for Ferrari and Lewis Hamilton in particular, who lost the seventh place he had earned in the Singapore Grand Prix. The British driver was penalised with a five-second penalty for ‘leaving the track on several occasions’ to try to ‘manage a brake problem’. The stewards considered this reason ‘unjustifiable’. Hamilton was therefore relegated to eighth place and Alonso moved up to seventh.
