Ukraine, Lavrov: ‘Peacekeeping mission idea of incompetent dreamers’

Rome, 25 Mar (LaPresse) – Western countries wishing to send a peacekeeping mission to Ukraine are ‘dreamers’. This was stated by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.
