Turin, 8 October (LaPresse) – “The Italian Embassy and Consulate in Tel Aviv have been monitoring the Israeli navy’s blockade of the new flotilla since dawn. About ten Italians have been detained. They will be given all the necessary consular assistance, with a request to the Israeli government to guarantee respect for their individual rights until the moment of expulsion. The Foreign Ministry’s crisis unit is also at work.” Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani writes this on X.
