Brussels, 8 October (LaPresse) – “I want the future of AI to be built in Europe. Because when AI is used, we can find smarter, faster and more affordable solutions. The adoption of AI must be widespread and, with these strategies, we will help to accelerate the process. Putting AI first also means putting safety first. We will promote this “AI first” mindset in all our key sectors, from robotics to healthcare, from energy to automotive.” This was stated by European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, commenting on the two new strategies to accelerate the adoption of AI in industry and science.
