Beirut (Lebanon), 11 October (LaPresse) – Israel carried out intense air strikes in southern Lebanon on Saturday morning, killing one person, injuring seven and briefly disrupting a motorway linking Beirut with parts of the south of the country, the Lebanese Ministry of Health said. The Israeli army said it had struck a warehouse storing machinery intended for use in rebuilding the infrastructure of the militant group Hezbollah.
