This was reported on Telegram by Vadym Filashkin, head of the Donetsk regional military administration, according to Ukrinform. “This morning, the Russians once again targeted our energy infrastructure. Specialists have already begun repairs and are doing everything possible to restore power as quickly as possible. However, the full extent of the damage and the restoration timeline are yet to be determined,” Filashkin said.
