Gaza, Costa will represent the EU at the ceremony in Egypt for the peace plan

Brussels, Oct. 12 (LaPresse) – “The President of the European Council, Antonio Costa, has accepted the invitation from the Egyptian President, Abdel Fattah al-Sissi, and the President of the United States, Donald J. Trump, to participate in the ‘Sharm El-Sheikh Peace Summit’ on Monday, October 13,” and will therefore “represent the European Union at the ceremony for the Middle East Peace Plan.” This was announced by a spokesperson for the President himself, emphasizing that “the plan offers a concrete opportunity to build a just and sustainable peace, and the EU is fully committed to supporting these efforts and contributing to its implementation.”
