Gaza, Hamas has handed over four bodies to the Red Cross

Turin, 15 October (LaPresse) – According to information provided by the Red Cross, four coffins of deceased hostages have been handed over by Hamas and are on their way to the IDF and Shin Bet forces in the Gaza Strip. The IDF reports this, adding that ‘Hamas is required to respect the agreement and take the necessary measures for the return of all hostages.’ Hamas has informed mediators that on Wednesday it will transfer four more bodies of deceased hostages to Israel. With this transfer, the number of hostage bodies returned by Hamas would rise to 12, while 16 others would remain in the Strip. The Palestinian organisation said it needed time to reach all the bodies, as some of them are under the rubble of buildings and tunnels bombed by Israeli forces, while others are in areas under IDF control.
