Euro 2032, Abodi: “On stadiums, fewer words and more construction sites”

Turin, Oct 17 (LaPresse) – “Worried about the stadium situation ahead of Euro 2032? I am not worried, we are all focused on trying to make up for the shortcomings, negligence, and superficialities of recent decades. I see positive premises, the willingness of the clubs, the availability of municipal administrations, and the extraordinary commissioner Massimo Sessa, who must try to direct a system-wide operation. These are not separate operations but part of a large project to which the government is trying to give every possible support,” said Minister for Sport and Youth Andrea Abodi in an interview with Sky Sport 24. “We have allocated 100 million euros to a fund that must intervene in all projects related to 2032, so it is just a matter of giving concreteness to these words and to these objective facts that give us a sense of novelty compared to the past,” he added. “Fewer words, more construction sites.”
