Ukraine: Moscow, 45 Kiev drones shot down overnight

Milan, 19 October (LaPresse) – Russian air defence systems shot down 45 Ukrainian drones overnight over regions of the Russian Federation. This was reported by the Russian Ministry of Defence, according to Tass. ‘Air defence systems on duty intercepted and destroyed 45 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles. Twelve drones were shot down over the Samara region, 11 over the Saratov region, five UAVs were destroyed over the Rostov and Voronezh regions, three over the Republic of Crimea, two UAVs over the Bryansk and Lipetsk regions, and one drone was intercepted over the Volgograd, Orenburg, Ryazan, Tver and Tula regions,” the Defence Ministry said in a statement.
