US-Russia: Moscow, Lavrov-Rubio phone call, constructive talks

Milan, 20 October (LaPresse) – The foreign ministers of Russia and the United States, Sergey Lavrov and Marco Rubio, had a telephone conversation today. This was reported by the Russian Foreign Ministry. ‘A constructive discussion took place on possible concrete measures to be taken to implement the agreements reached during the telephone conversation on 16 October between Russian President Vladimir Putin and US President Donald Trump,’ the Russian Foreign Ministry wrote.
