Paris (France), Mar 27 (LaPresse) – ‘In Paris for the 4th meeting on Ukraine. We are working to strengthen the security of Ukraine and Europe as a whole. The starting point is to strengthen Ukraine to defend itself. We also need a common, long-term plan. This is our Readiness 2030 plan'.
