NBA: Another win for OKC, 18 points for Fontecchio, but Miami loses to Spurs

Milan, 31 October (LaPresse) – Four games played last night in the NBA. The San Antonio Spurs beat the Miami Heat 107-101, extending their winning streak to five games this season. Victor Wembanyama recorded his usual double-double with 27 points and 18 rebounds, while Bam Adebayo’s 31 points and 10 rebounds and Simone Fontecchio’s 18 points were not enough for the Florida franchise. The Milwaukee Bucks also won at home against the Golden State Warriors 120-110. Ryan Rollins scored 32 points for the home side, while Stephen Curry’s 27 points were not enough for the Warriors. And that’s not all. The Oklahoma City Thunder secured their sixth consecutive win, beating the Washington Wizards 127-108. OKC flew high with five players in double figures, led by Shai Gilgeous-Alexander with 31 points. The Wizards’ 19 points from C.J. McCollum were not enough. Finally, the Orlando Magic won away, beating the Charlotte Hornets 107-123 thanks to Paolo Banchero, who scored 20 points with 9 rebounds and 9 assists. LaMelo Ball shone for the Hornets with 17 points and 13 assists.
