Rome, 8 Nov. (LaPresse) – Lando Norris wins the Brazilian Grand Prix sprint race with McLaren and extends his lead in the World Championship to +9 over his teammate Oscar Piastri, who went off the track on the sixth lap, hitting the wall after being betrayed by a kerb that was still wet from the heavy rain in the morning. On the podium were the Mercedes of Kimi Antonelli in second and Georg Russell in third. Max Verstappen finished fourth, paying the price for his sixth place on the grid. Ferrari finished with Leclerc in sixth and Hamilton in eighth. Qualifying is at 7 p.m.
