India: death toll rises to 13 in New Delhi explosion

Rome, 11 November (LaPresse) – At least 13 people have been killed and 20 injured in a car explosion on Monday evening near the Red Fort in the Indian capital, New Delhi. Local media reports confirm that officials from the National Investigation Agency arrived at the scene of the explosion this morning. The authorities have closed the Red Fort for the next three days. The area around the fort has been cordoned off while the authorities continue their investigation.
