The terrible incident that occurred last night in Delhi has deeply saddened everyone,’ Modi added, as reported by the Times of India, “I understand the pain of the families affected. The entire nation is with them today. I have been in contact with all the agencies investigating this incident throughout the night. Our agencies will get to the bottom of this conspiracy.” Indian police are investigating the car explosion in New Delhi under an anti-terrorism law.
