Ukraine, three dead and ten injured in Russian raid on Balakliya

Kyiv, Nov. 17 (LaPresse) – A Russian missile strike on the city of Balakliya in Ukraine’s Kharkiv region left three dead and ten injured, according to Vitaly Karabanov, head of Balakliya’s military administration, who reported the news on Telegram. “According to initial information, three people died as a result of the overnight rocket attack on Balakliya,” Karabanov wrote. “Another ten people were injured, including children born in 2011, 2007, and 2010. Nine of the injured have been hospitalized, while one person is receiving outpatient care. All are receiving the necessary treatment.”
