Rome, 19 November (LaPresse) – American envoy Steve Witkoff will not be in Turkey today, where he was supposed to meet with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. Axios reports this, citing Ukrainian and US officials. The trip has been postponed. However, Witkoff is said to have already discussed a plan to end the war with Zelensky’s national security adviser, Rustem Umerov, at a meeting held earlier this week in Miami. ‘We know that the Americans are working on something,’ a Ukrainian official told the newspaper.
