Serie A, US investors enter Cagliari’s share capital

Rome, Nov. 21 (LaPresse) – In a statement, Cagliari Calcio announces the “signing of an agreement that provides for the entry into the company’s share capital of a group of American investors led by Maurizio Fiori, a Sardinian by origin and CEO of Praxis Capital Management, aimed at acquiring a qualified minority stake. The operation stems from a shared medium- to long-term strategic vision with the goal of supporting the development of the new stadium and, more generally, the growth and structural strengthening of Cagliari Calcio.
