Milan, 23 November. (LaPresse) – Matteo Berrettini gives Italy its first point in the Davis Cup final against Spain, currently underway in Bologna. In the first singles match, the Roman tennis player, ranked 56th in the ATP rankings, defeated Spain’s Pablo Carreno-Busta, ranked 89th, in two sets with a score of 6-3, 6-4 in just 1 hour and 19 minutes. Berrettini was almost perfect, not conceding a single break point. In the second singles match, Flavio Cobolli will take to the court for Italy and Jaume Munar for Spain.
