Milan, 24 Nov. (LaPresse) – Russian President Vladimir Putin held talks with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan. The Kremlin reported that ‘Vladimir Putin noted that’ the US proposal on Ukraine ‘in the version we have examined is consistent with the discussions at the Russian-American summit in Alaska and, in principle, could form the basis for a final peace agreement’.
