Ukraine, Kiev: ‘We expect Zelensky to visit the US by the end of November’

Milan, 25 Nov. (LaPresse) – ‘We are eager to organise a visit by the President of Ukraine to the United States at the earliest possible date in November to complete the final stages and conclude an agreement with President Trump.’ This is what Rustem Umerov, Secretary of the National Security and Defence Council of Ukraine, wrote in a post on social media. ‘We appreciate the productive and constructive meetings held in Geneva between the Ukrainian and American delegations, as well as President Trump’s ongoing efforts to end the war,’ Umerov added. ‘Our delegations have reached a common understanding on the key terms of the agreement discussed in Geneva. We now count on the support of our European partners in the next steps.’
