Kyiv, Nov. 29 (LaPresse) – Overnight, a massive Russian attack with drones and missiles damaged residential buildings in several areas of Kyiv. One person was killed and at least 11 others were injured, including a child, according to the Ukrainian State Emergency Service. The damage assessment was provided by Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko. “In the Svyatoshyn district, debris hit the entrance of a three-story residential building. In the Darnytsia district, debris fell on the roof of a two-story building. In the Shevchenkivskyi district, due to debris falling from a 14-story building, apartments on the 4th and 5th floors caught fire. The fire has been contained. In the Solomyanskyi district, debris fell on a 25-story residential building, causing the insulation to catch fire and the façade from the first to the third floor to be partially destroyed. Cars in the courtyard were damaged. Also in the Solomyanskyi district, debris fell on the roof of a 17-story building. A private house is on fire,” he stated.
