Milan, Dec. 3 (LaPresse) – Inter beat Venezia 5–1 in the Coppa Italia round of 16 and advance to the quarterfinals thanks to goals from Diouf (18′), Esposito (20′), Thuram (34′, 51′) and Bonny (75′). For Venezia, Sagrado scored in the 67th minute. In the quarterfinals, the Nerazzurri will face the winner of Roma–Torino, scheduled for January 13 at the Olimpico.
