Budget, Giorgetti: ‘Accumulation of pension funds not considered strategic’

Rome, 20 Dec. (LaPresse) – “That is something introduced last year by our government, which no one seemed interested in. I’m sorry, but it was clearly not considered strategic.” This was the response of Economy Minister Giancarlo Giorgetti as he left the Senate Budget Committee, responding to those who asked him about the end of the possibility of early retirement by accumulating supplementary pension funds, as provided for in the new version of the government’s maxi-amendment.
