Rome, 21 December. (LaPresse) – Kirill Dmitriev, Russian Special Representative for Investment and Economic Cooperation with Foreign Countries, began the second day of talks in Miami on Ukraine with US Presidential Envoy Steve Witkoff and the son-in-law of the US President, Jared Kushner. This was reported by Ria Novosti. Dmitriev is expected to leave the United States tonight.
