Milan, 23 December (LaPresse) – Students with direct passing grades, reinstated passing grades and credits to be recovered will be included in the national ranking for admission to medical school. This is provided for in the decree signed by the Minister of University and Research Anna Maria Bernini on the filter semester. Direct passing grades refer to grades equal to or higher than 18 that have been obtained and accepted immediately. Reinstated passing grades allow the positive grade from the first exam to be reinstated if the grade from the second exam is insufficient. In any case, the final score is calculated only on the basis of grades equal to or higher than 18: insufficient results do not contribute to the score used for the ranking. It remains understood that all students who do not continue with their chosen course may enrol in any course of study even after the deadlines set by university regulations and in any case by 6 March 2026.
