Ukraine, Moscow: ‘Massive retaliation against military targets in Kiev’

Turin, 27 December (LaPresse) – The Russian army has carried out ‘a massive retaliatory attack against Ukrainian military facilities’. This was reported in a statement by the Moscow Ministry of Defence regarding the raids on Kiev in recent hours. “In response to terrorist attacks against civilian targets, a massive attack was carried out last night with long-range precision weapons from land, air and sea, including Kinzhal hypersonic missiles, as well as drones against energy infrastructure targets used by the Ukrainian armed forces and against companies in Ukraine’s military-industrial complex,” the statement read. According to the ministry, ‘all designated targets were hit’.
