Rome, 31 December (LaPresse) – Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has stated that Russian President Vladimir Putin has categorically rejected the proposal to attack decision-making centres in Kiev. Lukashenko, according to the BelTa news agency, noted that Russia has the ability to strike any residence of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. He added that Putin was offered a similar option. ‘When the Oreshnik missile was first used, some daredevils suggested striking decision-making centres. Putin categorically rejected this idea,’ said the Belarusian president.
