Mountain: hiker missing between Trentino and Veneto found dead

Trento, 4 January (LaPresse) – The body of hiker Simone Dal Bon, 43, from Schio in the province of Vicenza, who had been missing since 29 December, has been found. Teams from the Trentino Mountain Rescue Service, in collaboration with the fire brigade and operators from the Veneto Mountain Rescue Service, combed the Pasubio, Mount Baffelan and Mount Cornetto areas inch by inch and found the body not far from Pian delle Fugazze, where his car had been found. Investigations are underway to determine the cause of death.
