Crans-Montana: coffins of five of the six victims to be repatriated tomorrow

Rome, 4 January. (LaPresse) – Five of the six bodies of the young Italians who died in the fire in Crans-Montana, Switzerland, will be repatriated tomorrow. This was reported by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The funeral procession will depart from the Sion Funeral Centre and proceed to the military airport in the same city, where the bodies will be loaded onto a C130 Italian Air Force flight. Departure is scheduled for 11 a.m. The aircraft will land at Milan Linate at 11:50 a.m., and from there, four bodies will be transferred to Milan, Bologna and Genoa by road. The aircraft will then continue on to Rome Ciampino, where it will arrive in the afternoon to pick up the fifth coffin.
