Anguillara, Civitavecchia Prosecutor’s Office: “Blood traces everywhere. Husband’s account contradictory”

Rome, Jan 17 (LaPresse) – Carabinieri investigating the disappearance of Federica Torzullo, the 41-year-old missing since January 8 in Anguillara Sabazia, in the province of Rome, have collected “blood traces everywhere.” This is stated in a release issued by the Civitavecchia Prosecutor’s Office, headed by Chief Prosecutor Alberto Liguori. The blood traces were found “inside the couple’s home; on Agostino’s work clothes; inside his car; inside a quarry; and on the mechanical vehicle at the family business used by Agostino Claudio. At present, the Civitavecchia Prosecutor’s Office is proceeding on charges of homicide,” the statement says.
At this stage, irreconcilable discrepancies have emerged, prompting the public prosecutor to register Carlomagno Agostino Claudio as a suspect: he is the only one who left the house on the morning of Friday, January 9, to go to work, providing an account of his movements that day and of his relationship with his wife Federica that is contradictory and illogical. Federica is not believed to have left after the dinner on January 8. Her car is still parked near the house, from which Federica took nothing, and her handbag and mobile phone are missing, the note continues.
