Rome, 18 January (LaPresse) – Nine years ago, the tragedy of the Rigopiano hotel. It was 18 January 2017 when an avalanche that had broken away from a mountain ridge hit the Rigopiano – Gran Sasso Resort hotel, located in the municipality of Farindola, in Abruzzo, causing 29 deaths among guests and hotel workers.
