USA, Trump: “Great job numbers, better than expected”

Milan, April 4 (LaPresse) – “Great job numbers, much better than expected.” This is what U.S. President Donald Trump wrote on his ‘Truth’ profile, commenting on the data showing that total non-farm employment increased by 228,000 units in March, while the unemployment rate slightly rose by 0.1% to 4.2%. In March, job growth was recorded in the healthcare sector, social assistance, and transportation and warehousing. Employment also increased in retail trade, partly reflecting the return of workers from a strike. Federal government employment decreased by 4,000 units, following a decline of 11,000 units in February.
