(LaPresse) – North Korean leader Kim Jong Un has announced that ‘plans for the next phase’ of his country’s nuclear deterrent development will be unveiled at the next ruling party congress, according to the official KCNA news agency. The congress meeting ‘will clarify plans for the next phase to further strengthen the country’s nuclear deterrent,’ Kim said.
