China, Xi: “It is imperative to have greater dialogue with the United Kingdom”

Beijing, Jan 29 (LaPresse) – During his meeting with British Prime Minister Keir Starmer, President of the People’s Republic of China Xi Jinping said that having greater dialogue between the United Kingdom and China is “imperative”, both “for the good of global peace and stability, and for the economies and peoples of our two countries”. The BBC reports. Xi added that in recent years relations between London and Beijing have undergone “continuous fluctuations that have not benefited the interests of our countries”.
