Tehran summons EU ambassadors after decision on Pasdaran terrorists

Dubai (United Arab Emirates), 2 February (LaPresse/AP) – Iran has said it summoned all European Union ambassadors to the Islamic Republic to protest against the decision to add the Revolutionary Guard Corps, a paramilitary organisation, to the list of terrorist groups. Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmail Baghaei said the summons came on Sunday. The EU added the Pasdaran to its list of terrorist groups last week for their role in the bloody crackdown on nationwide protests in January.
